In past roleplays, we have had some issues regarding our staff team where things would not run efficiently. However, this is going to change moving forward. As you may already know, we do not seek for staff with the help of applications anymore. Instead, you will have to prove your dedication to the group. In addition, please remember that even if you do not wish to become a staff, it is still important to do these things. Finally, here is some info on how to possibly qualify for a staff position in Aspen Hollow.
↳ Become a trial moderator
Becoming a trial moderator will further allow you to be considered for an official staff position in the future. Check out the TM Information thread for more details and requirements.
↳ Show your dedication to the group
Showing your dedication to Aspen Hollow plays a big role in the staff selection process and determines if you're fit for a promotion. This means that you will have to be highly active (mostly in-game and on our discord), share ideas, generally be helpful, and so on. Partaking in events can also be a factor in this.
↳ Join in on discussions
Participating in discussions is also another crucial thing to do in this group. You can achieve this by including your thoughts on others' ideas and suggestions, submitting responses to surveys, discussing any topic that is brought upon the staff and passed onto the table for members to toss in their personal opinion, and etc.
↳ Interact with our members frequently
Interacting with the members in Aspen Hollow regularly on Discord and in-game will not only show that you care about our community and the people in it, but also display the fact that you are willing to keep the group alive.
If you are considered, you might receive a DM from one of the admins about becoming a trial moderator.
